I just got the necklace it’s really nice. The order arrived fine and I’m happy with how it looks. The only thing that’s kind of sticking with me right now is the customs fee I had to pay at delivery. I wasn’t expecting that, and I wish it had been made clearer before checkout. Overall I like the necklace, but that last-minute extra charge definitely affected how I feel about the experience...

I really like the stuff on talisa.com, but the return policy confused me a bit!! I had to click around and reread a couple sections before I felt like I understood what was actually covered and how much time I had to send something back!! It’s not awful or anything, I just wish it was written in a simpler way!! I’d feel a lot more comfortable ordering if the return details were easier to find and explained more clearly!!

I ordered a necklace with my kids' names on it and it came out just how I typed it. The spacing and spelling were all right, no weird mistakes or anything. happy with it, it turned out really cute.

I ordered from Talisa and honestly... it was just easy. The site was simple to get around, checkout went through without any weird issues, and I got my confirmation right away, which I always appreciate. I haven’t needed to contact customer support, so I can’t really speak to that part, but the ordering process itself was smooth. I’d definitely use them again

The site looks okay overall, and it seems easy to use for the most part. That said, a few pages feel a little cluttered to me, so it can be slightly harder to find what I’m looking for sometimes. Not a huge issue, but maybe something that could be cleaned up a bit.

I ordered this from talisa.com and, i wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first. But it ended up being really comfortable. I wore it all day and kind of forgot I even had it on, which is exactly what I was hoping for. It doesn’t feel too heavy or irritating on my skin. Shipping was fine too, nothing to complain about there. I’m happy with it and would probably buy from them again

"Holding up better than I expected"
I bought a necklace from Talisa i’ve been wearing it pretty much every day. I’ve even accidentally showered with it a couple times, which I know you’re probably not supposed to do, but whatever, it happened. So far there’s no green marks on my skin, no weird tarnishing, and the chain doesn’t feel flimsy or like it’s about to snap. Happy with it overall.

"Cancellation was handled really well"
I ordered something from Talisa and pretty much right after, I realized I’d picked the wrong item. So I needed to cancel it before it got too far along.

I reached out to support thinking it might turn into a whole back-and-forth, but they replied quickly and just sorted it out. No awkward questions or hassle. The refund came through a few days later, exactly like they said it would.

i appreciated how simple they made it. Mistakes happen, and they handled mine really well. So yeah, I’d order from them again
